Aquarium Service

A regular service keeps your aquarium looking good and functioning well. Servicing your aquarium removes toxins that accumulate in the aquarium, and if not removed can lead to unsightly and unhealthy conditions in the aquarium.

We recommend a standard service every four weeks and also offer custom servicing including complete overhauls for aquariums in poor condition.

Our standard service includes:

• Removal of decomposing matter
• Algae cleaned from glass
• Filter cleaned and serviced
• 33% water change
• Water parameters tested and adjusted
• Fish condition/health checked
• Filter, air pump, light and other hardware operation checked
• Exterior glass cleaned 
  

Pond Service

Regular servicing is critical to pond health. A regular service removes toxins and accumulated nutrients that not only make the pond very unattractive, but worse will make the fish sick. Without regular servicing a pond can become so toxic that the fish will die and animals and humans who come into contact with the pond water can also become sick.

 We provide the following pond services

• Complete clean  (we recommend ponds are completely cleaned at least once or possibly twice each year)
• Pond management which includes an overall health check. (usually every 4 months)
• Supply of fish
• Supply of water plants
• Consultation visit to assess the overall health of the pond.
• Pond repair including sealing.
